Add scripts/bootstrap-target-project.ps1, which automates the purely mechanical prerequisites for adopting this toolkit in a target project: installing pyscn (if uv is available) and copying .github/agents, .github/instructions, .github/prompts, and .github/skills into the target project's .github/ folder. It deliberately skips AGENTS.md, which is authored by the Step 3 prompt rather than copied. Wire the script into docs/adoption.md's Automated path section, and note it in the manual Copy from this toolkit section as well.
